This home sits just a few blocks from the main entrance to the track and a 10 minute walk to Broadway and Congress Park. Newly updated and renovated kitchen. Oak floors, coffered ceilings, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, bright interior and easy flow living space. The front porch is a perfect place to enjoy a book and cup of coffee, or as an entertaining spot on spring, summer, and fall nights
